Morphologic Phenotyping with MR Microscopy: The Visible Mouse

This supplement demonstrates additional views of the 3D MR images of the normal mouse shown in Figures 3 and 4 of the article.

The subject is a 60-day-old male C57BL/6J mouse weighing 28 g. The specimen preparation and staining protocol are described in the article. A pair of mouse browsers is available at http://wwwcivm.mc.duke.edu/Radiology/index.html for interactively selecting views of the 3D acquisitions (Fig E1). Several representative images from the 3D sets are shown here:
