Figure 1. Bar graphs show characteristics of calcium in patients with acute and in those with chronic events. As compared with findings in the acute group, a sharp difference, with a significantly greater number of lesions per patient, greater total calcium area, and higher total calcium score, is clearly seen in the chronic group.
